Changed Mind/ Wrong item Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable):

  1. 3 days from the Invoice date
  2. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost
  3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us through your order in your account or at admin@webmallgifts.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
  4. The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
  5. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
  6. Packing slip or order information.
  7. The return must be complete and include all accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
  8. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
  9. All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box, except that there is no restocking fee for defective products.



Defective item return for replacement:

  1. 7 days from the Invoice date
  2. Seller is responsible for the return shipping cost up to an amount both parties agree on.
  3. Replacement can be done for the whole unit or part of the unit when applicable.
  4. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us through your order in your account or at admin@webmallgifts.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
  5. The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

  9. Defective products can only be returned for a refunded for a refund at the products purchasing price. The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.

WebMallGifts in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
